- -Respond to inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
- -Provide accurate information to customers regarding our products, services and policies
- -Assist customers with orders, returns, refunds, and exchanges
- -Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner
- -Follow-up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction
- -Identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate teams or managers
- -Continuously develop knowledge of our products, services and policies
- -Meet performance targets for customer satisfaction, productivity, and quality

- -High school diploma or equivalent
- -Open to candidates with or without BPO experience
- -Fluent in English communication (written & verbal)

- -Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- -Great tone and empathy towards our clients
- -Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
- -Proficient in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and internet navigation
- -Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
- -Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- -Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
