We are looking for Customer Support Representatives to join our blended account team. This role involves handling customer interactions across multiple channels including voice, chat, and email. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, adaptable, and has strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Proven customer service experience
- Background in phone, chat and/or email support
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to handle customer inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Upsell or recommend products/services when applicable
- Experience in Telco Account is a plus
- Amenable to shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays if required
Qualifications
- Experience handling voice, chat, and email support
- Must be okay with a fixed 28,000 package
- Amenable to work full onsite in Double Dragon, Pasay
- Must be available to start ASAP
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule (no weekends off)
