Respond promptly to customer inquiries and taking appropriate action after consulting to the head.
Answer phone calls and emails; communicate with clients through various channels
Prepare and process order forms, quotation, machine and spare part requests
Record-keeping of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
Assist immediate supervisor with product inventories to be completed every end of the day
Encode consumables monitoring, prepare weekly and monthly reports to be submitted to concerned personnel
Monitor incoming and outgoind item/s, prepare withdrawal slips, material return slips, and service schedule form for the assigned technician in their respective designation
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute marketing engagement through various channels
Assist with managing social media accounts including content creation and post scheduling
Conduct research to promote or coordinate marketing events such as product launches, trade shows
Send demo request form, request invoice, and monitoring of partial deliveries
