Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and taking appropriate action after consulting to the head.
  • Answer phone calls and emails; communicate with clients through various channels
  • Prepare and process order forms, quotation, machine and spare part requests
  • Record-keeping of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
  • Assist immediate supervisor with product inventories to be completed every end of the day
  • Encode consumables monitoring, prepare weekly and monthly reports to be submitted to concerned personnel
  • Monitor incoming and outgoind item/s, prepare withdrawal slips, material return slips, and service schedule form for the assigned technician in their respective designation
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute marketing engagement through various channels
  • Assist with managing social media accounts including content creation and post scheduling
  • Conduct research to promote or coordinate marketing events such as product launches, trade shows
  • Send demo request form, request invoice, and monitoring of partial deliveries
  • File DR, TDR, and Gate Passes
