Qualifications

- Completed at least 2 years of college with at least 6 months of customer service experience
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Good problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Basic computer navigation and typing skills
- Willing to work onsite in Quezon City
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information in a professional manner
- Assist customers with service-related concerns and requests
- Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience
- Document customer interactions accurately in the system
- Coordinate with internal teams when necessary to address customer concerns
- Meet established quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards
