Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative for our Collections Account. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting customers, managing accounts, and negotiating payment arrangements in a professional and empathetic manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reach out to customers regarding overdue accounts and negotiate mutually beneficial payment plans.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of customer interactions, payment commitments, and account statuses.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by answering inquiries and resolving account discrepancies professionally.
  • Meet or exceed monthly collection targets and performance metrics while adhering to industry compliance standards.
  • Adapt to shifting schedules to support business needs.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Experience: At least six (6) months of solid BPO Collections experience is required.
  • Education: High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate.
  • Work Setup: Must be willing to work fully onsite.
  • Flexibility: Must be willing to work on a shifting schedule.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
