  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Provide product and service information to customers.
  • Meet personal/team performance targets and customer service goals.

Qualifications:

  • High school or Senior High school are welcome
  • No BPO experience is also welcome; training provided
  • Preferable have 6 months to 1 year experience
  • Positive attitude and good communication skills
  • Typing skills
