Qualifications
- High school graduate (Senior High School graduates are welcome to apply)
- Excellent English communication skills
- At least a year of Customer service or BPO experience
- Experience in the automotive industry is a plus but not required
- Basic computer navigation and typing skills
- Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and organizational skills
- Ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
- Amenable to work onsite
Job Responsibilities
- Assist customers with vehicle inquiries, dealership services, and appointment scheduling
- Provide information about vehicle inventory, financing options, warranties, and service packages
- Handle customer concerns related to sales, maintenance, and after-sales support
- Coordinate with dealership departments to ensure timely resolution of customer requests
- Accurately document customer interactions and update account records
- Deliver exceptional customer service while meeting quality and performance standards

Blended (Inbound/Outbound/SMS/Email/Chat)
Must have at least 1 year of BPO experience
Good communication skills (B2 level)
Must be amenable to work onsite at our Greenhills Tower Site
Open for night shift
Must be residing within the NCR - preferably, Pasig/Mandaluyong/Antipolo/Ortigas/Cubao.
Salary Package: Up to 24,400
