Our customer support team operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week — and we're hiring voice support specialists who can represent our brand with professionalism, excellent English, and a results-driven mindset.

Role Summary

This position is specifically for our Calls Team. You will be the voice of our company — handling inbound customer calls, resolving issues in real time, and identifying opportunities to add value through upselling and cross-selling. If you have a background in both customer service and sales, this role is built for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound customer calls promptly and professionally
  • Resolve inquiries related to orders, returns, and account management
  • Identify and act on upsell and cross-sell opportunities during calls
  • Document interactions accurately in our CRM system
  • Coordinate with internal teams for timely issue resolution
  • Support chat and email channels as operationally required

Requirements

  • Excellent spoken and written English — clear, confident, and natural
  • Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or sales role strongly preferred
  • A sales-oriented mindset with the ability to identify customer needs and pitch solutions
  • Strong multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable with CRM platforms and standard computer tools
  • Reliable home office setup: laptop/desktop, noise-canceling headset, stable internet

Schedule & Compensation

  • Hourly Pay: $3.00 USD per hour
  • Shift: Fixed 9-hour shifts (including 1-hour unpaid break)
  • Days: 6 days/week with 1 rest day (Saturday or Sunday, CDT)
  • Operations run 24/7; shift schedules assigned based on business needs

IMPORTANT EMPLOYMENT TERMS

  • Fully remote position
  • No-work-no-pay arrangement
  • No statutory benefits (e.g., HMO) provided
  • All work-from-home equipment must be provided by the employee
  • Two unplanned absences may result in termination
  • Resignations require a two-week notice
