Customer Service Representative (Call Center | Davao City)

Onsite | Up to ₱20,000 Monthly Basic Salary | Full-time

ROLE SUMMARY

We are looking for customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will assist customers by answering inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing accurate information across various communication channels. Your goal is to deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring every interaction is handled professionally, efficiently, and with empathy.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others, communicating with customers, and building a long-term career in the BPO industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email
  • Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions to customer concerns
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while delivering excellent customer service
  • Maintain professionalism and empathy during every customer interaction
  • Document customer interactions, concerns, and resolutions accurately in the system
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate support teams when necessary
  • Meet established quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards
QUALIFICATIONS
  • High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), Senior High School Graduate, or College Level/Graduate
  • At least 6 months of BPO experience
  • Good English communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong customer service, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Basic computer proficiency and multitasking abilities
  • Willing to work onsite in Davao City
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
