Description
The CSR position will communicate by responding to inbound phone calls, online posts related to products and online inquiries from customers all over the world. The ideal candidate will assist customers with account information, purchasing information, specific content or with account authorization, processing orders and refund requests and troubleshooting for one of our international and innovative clients.
- A strong affinity with social media, linguistic and technology
- A passion for customer service exhibited by courteous telephone etiquette, online presence, engagement, empathy, patience and professionalism
- A sense of ownership of the total customer experience including comprehensive issue resolution
- Aptitude for acquiring skills in technical troubleshooting and an eagerness to learn and take on new challenges
Requirements
- Must have one year experience
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
