Qualifications

  • Graduate of any four (4) year course, preferably in Business Administration or any related field.
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other basic applications).
  • Single or Married are welcome to apply.
  • Must be able to speak Bisaya and Tagalog.
  • With good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Possesses strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
  • Experience in telemarketing or sales is an advantage.
  • With or without work experience are welcome to apply.
  • Must be willing to be assigned in Quezon Avenue, Quezon City.

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct telemarketing calls to potential clients and introduce company products or services.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products, pricing, and services.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and records.
  • Prepare reports related to sales, inquiries, and client transactions.
  • Assist in processing quotations, sales orders, and other documentation when necessary.
  • Coordinate with internal departments regarding customer requests and concerns.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Perform administrative tasks and other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
