Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Open to Senior High School Graduates
• Experience Level: At least 2 years of BPO experience handling any of the following:
• Banking and Financial Services
• Home Loan Servicing
• Home Loan Application Support
• Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsibilities and Duties: Customer assistance and issue resolution.
• Qualities and Traits: Patience, empathy, and problem-solving mindset.
• Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours.
• Willing to work onsite in MOA, Pasay City
