Customer Service Representative

Qualifications:

• at least six months to one-year work experience in a contact centre for customer service.
• Experience in email and messaging channels is advantange
• Amenable to work in Muntinlupa-Cavite Expressway (MCX) area.
• Amenable to work during public holidays and shifting schedules.
• Has a reliable internet connection

Responsibilities:

• Will deliver proactive, end-to-end customer support and engagement. This role goes beyond transactional service, focusing on optimizing the entire customer journey — from browsing to post-purchase care — with empathy, innovation, and data-driven insights.
• Reporting to the Supervisor or Team Leader for Customer Service
• Being able to handle customer interactions from different customer service channels such as calls, emails, chat, social media, and any other potential channels.

Other Details:

• Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm - weekend work and overtime is possible
• Hybrid setup - Once a month onsite only.
• Basic Salary: 20,000
• Willing to work in Muntinlupa-Cavite Expressway (MCX) area.
• Willing to start on November 2 2026
