Customer Service Representative

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to assigned clinics and healthcare facilities.
• Introduce and promote the mWell YAKAP Claims Platform to prospective clients.
• Identify and engage key decision-makers within healthcare facilities.
• Determine the current claims provider or platform being used by prospective clients.
• Identify client needs, pain points, and objections to effectively position the platform.
• Qualify interested prospects and assess their readiness for the next stage of the sales process.
• Generate additional leads through research, prospecting, and outbound outreach.
• Conduct follow-up calls to nurture prospects and maintain engagement.
• Schedule product presentations and demonstrations with the internal sales team.
• Endorse qualified sales opportunities to the internal sales team for further engagement.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect status, sales activities, and customer interactions.
• Conduct product demonstrations using the provided client training materials, as needed.

STRICT QUALIFICATIONS (Please apply only if you meet ALL the requirements):

Graduate of any Business- or Science-related course.

1–3 years of experience in telemarketing, customer service, inside sales, or retail sales.

Excellent verbal communication, persuasion, and customer service skills.

Comfortable handling outbound sales calls and achieving sales targets.

Willing to work onsite in Quezon City.

Flexible and willing to render overtime (OT) when necessary.
