Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Taguig for a Customer Service Representative handling airline and healthcare accounts. The individual in this role will manage customer inquiries, provide accurate information about services, resolve concerns, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain a professional and supportive communication style. Additionally, the representative will support account management tasks and collaborate with team members to deliver excellent service.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and serving as a Customer Service Representative
  • Excellent Communication abilities, both verbal and written, for customer interactions
  • Experience with or knowledge of Account Management is preferred
  • A customer-focused attitude and problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Adaptability to fast-paced and dynamic environments
  • Previous experience in airline or healthcare industries is an advantage
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is an advantage
