Role: Customer Service Professional/Case Manager

Work Arrangement: Work From Office

Location: Philippines - Pampanga (Angeles)

Schedule: Morning shift

Job description:

  • Communicate professionally with clients via phone and email to collect required documentation and provide case updates.
  • Prepare, review, and complete regulatory and government forms accurately in line with internal guidelines and legislative requirements.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth processing of client files.
  • Maintain detailed and organized records of all client interactions and case progress.
  • Proactively identify missing information, inconsistencies, or compliance gaps and take appropriate action.
  • Support debt collection and payment arrangement processes with empathy and professionalism.
  • Work independently to manage multiple client cases, ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
  • Contribute to continuous process improvement and client experience enhancement initiatives.

Qualification and requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills — clear, confident, and professional, with an easily understood accent.
  • Strong written ability, particularly in completing forms and documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Analytical and proactive mindset — able to problem-solve independently and apply sound judgment.
  • Highly organized and self-managed, with the ability to prioritize tasks across multiple cases.
  • Comfortable working in a remote environment with minimal supervision.

Preferred (Nice to Have) :

  • Experience in financial services, mortgage administration, insolvency, or debt collection.
  • Familiarity with Australian financial or regulatory processes (e.g. ASIC, AFSA, or other government filings).
  • Demonstrated leadership potential — an interest in mentoring or training others after the probation period.
  • Desire for long-term career growth within an Australian company.

Non-negotiable skills & requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills: Clear and confident spoken English (with an easily understood accent) and strong written ability, including accurate completion of government and regulatory forms.
  • Analytical and proactive mindset: Demonstrated capacity to think outside the square, identify solutions independently, and exercise sound judgment in complex or changing situations.
  • High level of organization and autonomy: Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple files efficiently, meet deadlines, and work effectively with minimal supervision.
