Based in Bonifacio Global City Taguig, Steadfast Shared Services in the Philippines is expanding its Finance and Technologies teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle customer calls, delivering timely and professional support
- Processing endorsements, amending new business/renewal quotes, portfolio transfers, lapses/cancellations and completing customer instructions
- Answering general policy queries and escalating customer queries/complaints as necessary
- Initiates system corrections such as reversal and re-raise
- Provides timely response to customer enquiries as received by telephone, email, and LiveChat
- Ensure all activities are carried out in compliance with relevant Statutory and Industry Requirements and Codes, which includes but is not limited to Insurance Code of Practice, Privacy Legislation and company's Underwriting manual, and Strata legislation
- Undertake appropriate activities to achieve/maintain RG146 compliance
- Completion of any other duties as reasonably required by management to ensure the smooth operation of the business
ESSENTIAL QUALITIES AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in business, customer service or any related field
- Proven experience in a customer service role for at least 1 year (preferred)
- Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of organizational and coordination skills
- Ability to effectively work with team and others to meet timelines, objectives, and KPIs
- Eagerness to take full responsibility and accountability for tasks assigned
- Ability to communicate at all levels in a multiple stakeholder environment, e.g., liaising with clients, external service providers, and other relevant divisions or entities within Steadfast Group
- Strong interpersonal, stakeholder, and time management skills
- Ability to work with minimum supervision and in a fast-paced environment
- Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel
