We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our thriving operations in Cebu Central Visayas. This full-time role will provide exceptional support to our valued travel clients, ensuring their queries and needs are handled promptly and professionally.
What you'll be doing
Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email and chat, providing accurate and helpful information
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner, going above and beyond to deliver exceptional service
Update customer records and maintain detailed documentation of all interactions
Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and provide feedback to the management team
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Adhere to all company policies, procedures and quality standards
What we're looking for
At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry
Excellent communication and active listening skills, with the ability to empathise and build rapport with customers
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering solutions
Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and MS Office applications
Fluency in English, both written and verbal
A positive, customer-centric attitude and the ability to work well in a team
