Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to telco account clients via phone and other communication channels.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and resolve complaints efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company database.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer needs are met promptly.
  • Promote the company's relocation package offers to suitable clients and explain the benefits clearly.
  • Adhere to company policies and uphold a high standard of customer satisfaction.

  • Proven experience in customer service or call center preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism
  • Fast learner with good data entry skills
  • Comfortable working onsite in the Philippines
