Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to telco account clients via phone and other communication channels.
- Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and resolve complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company database.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer needs are met promptly.
- Promote the company's relocation package offers to suitable clients and explain the benefits clearly.
- Adhere to company policies and uphold a high standard of customer satisfaction.

- Proven experience in customer service or call center preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism
- Fast learner with good data entry skills
- Comfortable working onsite in the Philippines
