We are seeking a talented Customer Service for Banking Account to join our dynamic team in Cebu Central Visayas. As a full-time customer service professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and resolving inquiries for our banking clients. What you'll be doing
Handle inbound calls from customers and provide timely and accurate information to resolve their inquiries
Assist customers with account-related tasks such as balance inquiries, transactions, and account maintenance
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or team members as needed
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up on open issues
Continuously improve customer service skills and stay up-to-date with product knowledge
Contribute to the overall improvement of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
What we're looking for
At least a HS/SHS graduate,
With months of CSR voice experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively address customer inquiries
Proficient in the use of computer systems and customer service software
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
