> Monitor airlines and shipping lines updates
> Assist on time request of rates from airline & shipping lines for regular destinations
> Attend to inquiries of clients and customers
> Monitor & report to department head all clients complaints
> Attend to required report of TOP Management
> Visit clients to check on their required services and performance
> Monitor shipment irregularity report and to department head based on standard report form (Per case)
> Prepare supporting documents needed for claims
> Monitor destination holiday status
- submit report to department head for analysis & dissemination to clients
> Monitor port strike, port congestion, natural disaster occurrence at local, transit and destination point
- report to department head the latest status including impact on export shipments
- suggest alternative solution for affected shipment
> aircraft downgrades, flight delays & cancellations
> check latest shipping line and port advisory.
- Newly Graduate of BS Customs are welcome – as long as willing to be train
- Any 4 years course as long as have experience in Forwarding, Brokerage, and shipping lines
