Are you someone who thrives on precision and genuinely enjoys helping people We're looking for a Customer Service / Data Entry Clerk to join a growing Client Care and back-office support team for a beauty and wellness e-commerce brand. In this hybrid role, you'll split your week between direct customer interaction and detail-driven data work — giving you variety while building skills across two in-demand disciplines.

This is a fixed-term opportunity (4 months and 2 weeks) ideal for someone who wants fast-paced, meaningful work and is comfortable owning both people-facing and behind-the-scenes responsibilities. You'll work fully remote, on a night shift aligned with US business hours, Monday to Friday.

YOU'RE LIKELY A STRONG FIT IF YOU HAVE

• Experience in customer service, data entry, or a related administrative role
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to stay focused on repetitive, detail-heavy tasks for extended periods
• Strong written English and communication skills, including confidently writing clear, professional email responses
• Solid organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A stable home setup that supports a night shift schedule, Monday to Friday

STRONG SIGNALS

• Interest in or prior experience within the beauty industry
• Familiarity with Gorgias, Shopify, or NetSuite
• Experience handling customer support across chat platforms (e.g., Facebook Messenger) or VoIP tools
• An Associate's or Bachelor's degree

RESPONSIBILITY PILLARS

Client Care & Customer Support (2 days/week)

You own the day-to-day customer experience across multiple support channels.

• Respond to customer inquiries submitted through Gorgias, Facebook Messaging, and RingCentral VoIP in a timely manner
• Support customers with order concerns, including transit issues, product defects, mis-shipments, and special requests
• Assist with subscription management, including refunds, exchanges, cancellations, payment troubleshooting, and account updates
• Handle product questions, loyalty program support, and reviews processed through the Yotpo platform
• Process returns and exchanges accurately and empathetically

Data Entry & Data Management (3 days/week)

You ensure the organization's data stays accurate, complete, and secure.

• Input and maintain data across various internal computer systems
• Verify and correct entries to protect data integrity and security
• Follow established data entry procedures to ensure consistency and compliance with company policy
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive data and information at all times

Collaboration & Process Excellence

You help keep both sides of the role running smoothly and reliably.

• Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient, accurate data management and customer resolution
• Support broader administrative tasks as needed
• Maintain consistency and quality across customer interactions and data entry outputs
