As an Overnight Dispatch & Compliance Coordinator, you'll be the critical link between clients, field officers, and regional teams for a US-based security operations account, making sure every shift runs the way it's supposed to, even when no one else is watching.

This is more than a customer service seat. You'll own real-time compliance monitoring, drive urgent escalations to resolution, and keep a clear paper trail of everything that happens on your watch. If you're organized, proactive, and comfortable being the person who makes the call when something's off, you'll thrive here.

YOU'RE LIKELY A STRONG FIT IF YOU HAVE

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer service, dispatch, coordination, or similar overnight support role
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Strong phone etiquette with a genuine customer service orientation
• Proficiency in email, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office
• The ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced, escalation-driven environment

STRONG SIGNALS

• Prior experience with security operations, dispatch, or workforce monitoring platforms such as TrackTik
• Background in a BPO, CSR, or overnight support role
• A proactive, solution-first mindset with comfort in owning escalations end to end

RESPONSIBILITY PILLARS

Client and Field Communication

You own the first point of contact for every client call and operational request that comes in overnight. Call volume is light and manageable, typically 5 to 10 calls per shift, so you can focus on quality and follow-through rather than constant call handling.

• Answer all incoming client calls professionally, courteously, and promptly
• Accurately document client concerns or service requests as they come in
• Relay concerns to the appropriate Regional Field Team via phone and email without delay

Compliance Monitoring

You ensure officer accountability is airtight, shift after shift.

• Monitor TrackTik in real time to validate officer clock-in and clock-out activity
• Attempt contact with the officer and Regional Field Team the moment a clock-in is missed, escalating until compliance is achieved
• Notify internal leadership and proactively inform the client of any delays

Documentation and Reporting

You maintain the record that everyone else relies on when questions come up later.

• Create clear, detailed communication logs of every call and action taken
• Continue monitoring officer activity throughout the shift and flag anomalies as they surface
• Maintain accurate, audit-ready records of communications, escalations, and compliance issues
