• 2+ years of experience in Home Loan Insurance for a US account
• Solid Experience BPO Customer Service experience supporting US accounts

Educational Qualification

• Must have a Bachelor's Degree
• Graduate of any 4-year course

Key Requirements

• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent English communication skills
• Experience handling US accounts
• Relevant BPO/insurance experience as specified above
• Ability to work in a customer-focused environment
