As a Customer Service Associate for our Personal & Business Banking account, you'll connect with small business owners to support their goals, provide personalized lending solutions, guide them through successful loan applications, and champion inclusive financial access. You'll contribute to a seamless, empowering, and reliable banking experience.

What you'll bring to the table:

  • Engage small business owners to understand their business goals and deadlines
  • Deliver a tailored, concise, and compelling pitch to show clients the value of choosing the company for their loan needs
  • Understand credit policies and small business financials to offer appropriate opportunities while limiting default risk
  • Represent an efficient and transparent brand to build borrower trust
  • Serve as a customer advocate for women, minority, and low-to-moderate income business owners
  • Intake qualified loan applications in line with lending criteria and help close deals
  • Efficiently process application packages, including: Screening for product guidelines and required documents, entering and processing loans in the database system, and gathering missing documents
  • Closing out applications within the target timeframe
  • Provide excellent customer service and fast turnaround times to strengthen client trust and the brand's reputation with borrowers, brokers, dealers, and partners

You're the perfect fit if:

  • At least a High School Graduate (old curriculum)
  • With 6 months experience in a BPO setting, specifically in collections
  • Completed SHL and SVAR assessments
  • Proficient in basic computer navigation and troubleshooting
  • Demonstrates strong probing and negotiation skills
  • Able to communicate information clearly and in a positive manner
