Job Description

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Supervises sales coordinators in preparing order confirmations, sales order forms, and other documents needed to process customer requests accurately and efficiently.
  • Monitors accounts receivable to help improve cash flow and reduce bad debts.
  • Follows up with customers regarding invoices and payment status.
  • Coordinates with other departments on sales-related transactions and processes.
  • Prepares sales reports, graphs, meeting agendas, and meeting minutes.
  • Updates customer mailing lists for marketing and advertising purposes.
  • Acts as Customer Service Supervisor when the supervisor is absent.
  • Performs other administrative tasks assigned by the immediate superior.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Management, Communications, or other related courses
  • With at least 1 year of experience in sales coordination or other administrative roles
  • Knowledgeable in customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction
  • Working knowledge in Microsoft Office, SAP, and QuickBooks
  • Experience in administrative and clerical procedures and systems
