Supervises sales coordinators in preparing order confirmations, sales order forms, and other documents needed to process customer requests accurately and efficiently.
Monitors accounts receivable to help improve cash flow and reduce bad debts.
Follows up with customers regarding invoices and payment status.
Coordinates with other departments on sales-related transactions and processes.
Prepares sales reports, graphs, meeting agendas, and meeting minutes.
Updates customer mailing lists for marketing and advertising purposes.
Acts as Customer Service Supervisor when the supervisor is absent.
Performs other administrative tasks assigned by the immediate superior.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Management, Communications, or other related courses
With at least 1 year of experience in sales coordination or other administrative roles
Knowledgeable in customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction
Working knowledge in Microsoft Office, SAP, and QuickBooks
Experience in administrative and clerical procedures and systems
