Job Description

  • Follow up customer calls
  • Respond to customer's email inquiries in a timely manner
  • Process orders, forms, and claims
  • Provide product and service information to customers
  • Manage and update customer databases
  • Data processing and maintaining accurate Customer and Material Master Data
  • Management of B2B system updates and processing uploads
  • Research required information using available resources
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints

Qualifications

  • 1 year of customer service associate experience
  • Excellent in speaking and writing (English)
  • Attention to details and accuracy
  • Good interpersonal skills & ability to work with diverse environment
  • Team Player
  • Amenable to work in a morning shift
  • Present a positive attitude & accept constructive feedback
  • Client oriented
  • Knowledge in SAP system is a plus
  • Basic to advance MS application skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Amenable to work onsite and to start asap
