Key Responsibilities
- Review and process documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Verify agent and licensing information.
- Maintain and update records in company systems.
- Analyze information and follow established workflows.
- Ensure quality, compliance, and timely completion of assigned tasks.
Associate
- College graduate or completed at least 2 years in college
- At least 1 year of experience in insurance or related financial services
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Flexible to work on shifting schedules
- Coachable and receptive to feedback
Analyst
- College graduate or completed at least 2 years in college
- At least 2 years of experience in insurance operations or related financial services
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Flexible to work on shifting schedules
- Coachable and receptive to feedback
