About the Role

Help customers with booking inquiries, quotes and reservations through professional, helpful service. Most communication is by email, with clear follow-through and smooth handoffs between coverage shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound booking questions and follow up on requested quotes.

• Coordinate reservations and keep customer and booking details accurate.

• Resolve customer issues and help customers choose suitable bookings.

• Hand off open requests clearly between shifts while maintaining service quality.

Qualifications

• Proven customer service, reservations, hospitality, travel or customer success experience.

• Strong written and spoken English for serving U.S.-based customers.

• Excellent organization, attention to detail and ownership of follow-through.

• Availability for weekend coverage and coordinated shift handoffs.

Nice to Have

Experience with booking inquiries, reservation coordination and consultative inbound service.

Work Schedule

Weekend availability is required. Exact shifts and coverage handoffs are confirmed during selection.
