Role Overview
Primary Function: We're looking for a Customer Service Analytics Support Lead to join our team and be the Data Custodian for all Management Reports under Order Management and Customer Service (OMCS), with a focus on data generation and the preparation of reports to include analysis.
As a Customer Service Analytics Support Lead, you will have the opportunity to make an impact by providing data-driven insights to support improvements in order fulfillment, delivery efficiency, and overall customer service performance. You will also collaborate closely with IT, Sales, Logistics, Planning, and Distribution Centers to address operational gaps, and ensure customer service targets are consistently achieved.
