We're Hiring! Join Us as a Customer Service Representative (CSR)

On-site | Ortigas Center, Pasig

As a CSR, you'll be our frontline hero assisting customers with inquiries, processing orders, resolving concerns, and ensuring every interaction is smooth, positive, and professional.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Engage with Customers Handle incoming inquiries, complaints, and service requests across various channels (phone, chat, email).
  • Resolve with Confidence Troubleshoot customer issues, offer accurate solutions, and escalate when needed.
  • Manage Orders Process new orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
  • Be the Product Expert Stay updated on our products, services, policies, and procedures to provide clear and helpful guidance.
  • Document Interactions Log all customer communications and actions in our CRM system for transparency and follow-up.
  • Exceed Expectations Hit your KPIs for response time, resolution quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Share Insights Capture recurring feedback or suggestions and report them for continuous service improvement.
  • Collaborate Across Teams Work closely with Sales, Tech Support, and Operations for a seamless customer journey.

What We're Looking For

  • Prior customer service or BPO/call center experience (preferred but not required for fast learners)
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving skills and calmness under pressure
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Zendesk or Salesforce is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • At least a high school diploma

Work Setup & Schedule

  • On-site role located inOrtigas Center, Pasig
  • Rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays, depending on business demand
