Job Summary:
The Customer Service and Admin Officer role is a position focused on supporting backend operations and ensuring a seamless experience for students. This role combines data entry accuracy, administrative coordination, and customer support, making it critical to the organization's daily operations.
You will be responsible for managing student records, enrollments, and certification processes, while also assisting with customer inquiries and maintaining high service standards. The role requires strong attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience with student management systems.
This position follows a structured onboarding setup, starting with an initial on-site period in Quezon City, followed by a potential transition to hybrid or remote work after evaluation. You will work closely with the Australian-based team, receiving training and ongoing support to ensure success in the role.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable, with the ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
