We are seeking a passionate and driven Customer Service Agent to join our dynamic team based in Cebu City. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to clients in the telecommunications industry. What you'll be doing
Responding to inbound customer calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
Efficiently troubleshooting and resolving a variety of customer inquiries and issues
Providing product information and advice to customers
Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members when necessary
Adhering to all company policies and procedures
Contributing to a positive team culture and supporting your colleagues
What we're looking for
At least HS Graduate (old curriculum) / SHS Graduate;
With at least 1 year of customer for telco account experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively resolve customer issues
Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
Commitment to providing outstanding customer service and a positive attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changes
