Responsibilities

  • Handle customer enquiries on banking products and services via calls
  • Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions
  • Deliver high-quality service to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collect feedback and identify trends for service improvement


Requirements

  • Prior experience in customer service/call centre

  • Jurong East/Changi Business Park
  • 5 days (1pm - 10pm, 2pm - 11pm, 3pm - 12am)
  • $2,500 - $3,500 + $1,000 shift allowance
