Job Description

  • Well Established Company

  • Basic $2,400 - $2,600 + Variable Bonus

  • Working location: Queenstown

  • Working Days: Monday - Friday

  • Working Hours: 8.00am - 6.00pm

Job descriptions:

  • Handle customer enquiries and arrange appointments

  • Coordinate customer check-ins, waiting lounge arrangements, and shuttle services, and inform service teams of arrivals

  • Manage incoming mail, parcels, and payment collections, and keep the customer area clean and organised

  • Prepare monthly reports, invoices, job orders, and other administrative records

  • Support aftersales operations, including quotations, purchase orders, invoicing, and service coordination

  • Check vehicle service and recall status, request and track parts orders, and coordinate parts delivery

  • Arrange vehicle pickup and delivery, and follow up on jobs waiting for parts

  • Verify and summarise retail transactions for accounting purposes

  • Conduct customer follow-ups for satisfaction surveys (NPS) and maintain warranty/service records

  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE O level with 2 years of Customer Service experience preferred.

  • Experience in Automotive industry and Autoline system would be an added advantage.
