What You'll Do

  • Review and process assigned queues, emails, web notes, appointment requests, cancellations, and case updates.
  • Schedule, reschedule, and update appointments based on client, vendor, attorney, or case requirements.
  • Maintain accurate case records by updating timeframes, contact details, status notes, and related information.
  • Monitor shared inboxes and route cases or requests to the appropriate department.
  • Track, follow up, and close cases in line with client instructions and internal procedures.
  • Process fee approvals, no-shows, and other administrative tasks while meeting productivity and quality targets.
  • Manage a high-volume workload while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and professional communication.

Key Criteria


  • At least 2 years of office, administrative, or customer service experience within the healthcare field preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, with working knowledge of Word, Excel, and web-based systems.
  • Strong typing, accuracy, attention to detail, and time-management skills.
  • Able to handle high-volume tasks, prioritize effectively, and work independently.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to respond professionally to internal and external inquiries.
  • Able to follow procedures, maintain confidentiality, and comply with company policies and compliance standards.

Work setup:


  • Manila (BGC, Taguig): US Eastern time hours of 8:30AM to 5:30PM (8:30PM to 5:30AM PHT) with a full onsite model.
