Customer Sales Agent (JOB MS)

Job description

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, or chats.

• Promote and sell company products and services.

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

• Meet or exceed sales and performance targets.

• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems.

• Resolve customer concerns and complaints professionally.

• Follow company policies, sales procedures, and compliance requirements.

Qualifications:

• High School or Senior High School graduates may be considered depending on experience.
• At least 2 years of sales, telesales, customer service, or call center experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays if required.
