We're looking for a Customer Researcher who's passionate about understanding people and uncovering deep insights through conversation. This role is key to building a customer-centric culture you'll lead qualitative research across the Philippines and help turn real user stories into meaningful product, UX, and marketing decisions.
What you will do
- Analyze sales funnels and user behavior to improve conversion for both new and existing customers
- Define and track business metrics for performance evaluation
- Design and run A/B tests, interpret results, and support decision-making
- Collaborate with PMs, Risk, DWH, and IT to embed analytics into product development
- Build dashboards, monitor new launches, and support performance reviews of product features
- Work on initiatives such as onboarding effect, offer screen launches, and multi-offer conversions
What you should have
- Proven experience conducting in-depth qualitative interviews
- Strong end-to-end research project management skills from framing objectives and conducting interviews to synthesis and insights generating
- Native Tagalog speaker (fluency in other local dialects is a big plus)
- Comfortable interacting with people from all walks of life empathetic, sharp, and genuinely curious
