Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mandaluyong for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Specialist. The CRM Specialist will be responsible for managing and analyzing customer relationship data, implementing CRM strategies, and supporting sales efforts to enhance customer engagement and loyalty. The role involves coordinating CRM projects, maintaining customer databases, and driving initiatives to increase customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (required) in one of the following programs: Marketing Communications, Multimedia Arts, Communication Arts, Organizational Communications, Business Administration, Advertising and Public Relations
- Must have 1-2 years experience in CRM tools and systems such as Netcore, Salesforce, Hubspot, Zoho etc.
- Proficiency with managing customer data
- Ideates develops CRM campaigns across digital and offline touchpoints
- Strong Analytical Skills for interpreting data and highlights opportunities for improvement
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with various teams
- Project Management skills to drive and oversee CRM-related initiatives
- Ability to work in a dynamic, team-focused, and results-driven environment
- Relevant experience in the retail industry or similar fields is an advantage
- Preferred (but not required) CRM platform certifications (Salesforce, Hubspot etc.)
Must be amenable to a hydrid work schedule, 4 days on-site (Mandaluyong Office) and 1 days WFH.
