Your role
- Create, maintain, and update customer accounts, pricing information, and sales-related data within CRM and SAP systems.
- Manage customer master data, sales territories, commission tables, and account records.
- Support customer account setup, archiving, merging, and ongoing data maintenance in Salesforce.
- Process pricing updates, promotions, rebates, royalties, and related reporting activities.
- Coordinate data transfers and support commission processing activities.
- Maintain accurate customer lists and business records for sales and marketing teams.
- Serve as a SAP Power User, providing process support, troubleshooting, and guidance to colleagues.
- Assist with SAP Business Warehouse setup, user support, and training activities.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and support documentation and compliance requirements.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and accurate CRM operations.
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in a BPO, customer service, CRM, order management, or business operations environment.
- Experience working with CRM platforms, such as Salesforce, SAP, or similar business systems.
- Strong SAP-ERP knowledge and experience supporting business processes.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word skills.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
