Job Details

• Position: CRM Analytics Developer
• Contract: 12 months (renewable)
• Location: McKinley West, Taguig
• Work Setup: Flexible mid-shift
• Salary: Competitive salary package

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, document, and maintain the client's CRM Analytics Platform.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide technical guidance on CRM Analytics Platform capabilities and solutions.
• Develop internal expertise in CRM Analytics development.
• Analyze datasets and create meaningful prototypes to support business needs.
• Integrate CRM Analytics solutions within the broader Salesforce (SFDC) ecosystem.
• Ensure compliance with established standards and support regular audits.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Salesforce Analytics or equivalent business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
• Knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, and reporting architecture.
• Familiarity with CRM Analytics features and data handling.
