Job Summary

The CRM & Web Manager is responsible for managing customer relationship management (CRM) programs and company websites across all brands. This role focuses on driving customer engagement, loyalty, and revenue through data-driven marketing, while ensuring websites support business and brand objectives.

What you'll do:

  1. Develop and manage CRM strategies, including database growth, segmentation, and lifecycle campaigns
  2. Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications)
  3. Analyze customer data to improve engagement, retention, and overall performance
  4. Manage and optimize website performance, user experience, and content
  5. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners (agencies, vendors)
  6. Ensure CRM and website platforms are integrated and aligned with business goals

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field
  • 57 years experience in CRM, digital marketing, or related roles
  • Strong experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Proficient in data analysis and campaign performance tracking
  • Experience in website management and working with digital agencies is an advantage
  • Strong communication, project management, and problem-solving skills
