Job Summary
The CRM & Web Manager is responsible for managing customer relationship management (CRM) programs and company websites across all brands. This role focuses on driving customer engagement, loyalty, and revenue through data-driven marketing, while ensuring websites support business and brand objectives.
What you'll do:
- Develop and manage CRM strategies, including database growth, segmentation, and lifecycle campaigns
- Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications)
- Analyze customer data to improve engagement, retention, and overall performance
- Manage and optimize website performance, user experience, and content
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners (agencies, vendors)
- Ensure CRM and website platforms are integrated and aligned with business goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field
- 57 years experience in CRM, digital marketing, or related roles
- Strong experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
- Proficient in data analysis and campaign performance tracking
- Experience in website management and working with digital agencies is an advantage
- Strong communication, project management, and problem-solving skills
