Job Description

As a Customer Relations Services Supervisor, your role is to execute the security program in the mall. Part of your duties is to create an environment that is safe, secure, and harmless for all customers, visitors, tenants, and employees. It is your responsibility to keep our customers safe and to have an aweSM customer experience.

Qualification Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree of any 4 year course; preferably with a certificate as Certified Security Professional (CSP).
  • 3 to 5 years work experience/s in the security industry, preferable with exposure in supervising large number of agency personnel.
  • Basic knowledge in computer applications and in emergency response.
