Job Description

Responsible for supervising the SM Store's CRS Representatives and security personnel in implementing appropriate functions according to company standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure proper manning of security personnel
  • Identify vulnerable areas inside the store and recommend improvements.
  • Conduct appropriate investigation on all incidents within the area of responsibility
  • Assist in the conduct of drills and simulations

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 2 years of work experience in a Security Supervisory role
  • Certification in Basic Occupational Safety & Health (SO 2) is an advantage
