Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide frontline customer service to residential buyers from payment period until unit handover and acceptance.
  • Assist in coordinating buyer acceptance, punchlist concerns, and post-handover issues with Technical, Property Management, Legal, and other teams.
  • Support the implementation of client relations processes, policies, and communication standards (templates, FAQs, notices, etc.).
  • Ensure timely responses and resolution of buyer inquiries and concerns while meeting service turnaround times.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Technical, Property Management, Finance, Procurement) to ensure a smooth customer journey.
  • Assist in preparing reports and tracking customer service and handover activities.
  • Support digital client engagement initiatives such as the Resident's App and other communication platforms.
  • Help maintain high standards of customer experience aligned with premium residential developments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Engineering, Construction, Hospitality, or related fields.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in customer service, property management, hotel operations, or construction/engineering environments.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented with good coordination and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant digital tools or property management systems.
