Job Description: Customer Relations Officer (Automotive Industry)
Role Summary
The CRO serves as the dealerships goodwill ambassador, ensuring customer satisfaction across sales and after-sales services. They act as the primary liaison between the company and its clients, resolving concerns, promoting loyalty, and enhancing the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in the showroom and service areas with professionalism and warmth
Address inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and empathetically
Coordinate with sales, service, and administrative teams to resolve customer concerns
Monitor customer satisfaction surveys (e.g., CSI, SSI) and generate reports
Facilitate post-sale follow-ups, thank-you letters, and special occasion greetings
Promote dealership programs, events, and loyalty initiatives
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM systems
Support marketing efforts through customer engagement and feedback collection
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
Experience
13 years in customer service; automotive or hospitality background preferred
Technical Skills
Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, SAP, and Google Workspace
Soft Skills
Excellent communication, empathy, problem-solving, and time management
Traits
Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and committed to customer satisfaction
Language
Strong written and verbal English; Filipino fluency is a plus
