Role Description
This is a full-time, Customer Relations Agent role at Singapore Airlines located in Makati City, Philippines.
Creates New Booking/Ticket Issuances
Rebooking, Reissuance and/or Revalidation
Creates/Requests ancillary services
Assisting requests and inquiry from other stations and partners, if any
Qualifications:
Must be a graduate of 4-year course preferably in Hospitality Management / Tourism (Fresh graduates are welcome)
Good writing and speaking skills in both English and Filipino languages
Advanced analytical and computer skills
Organization and attention to details
