Role Description

This is a full-time, Customer Relations Agent role at Singapore Airlines located in Makati City, Philippines.

  • Attends to walk-in passengers

Creates New Booking/Ticket Issuances

Rebooking, Reissuance and/or Revalidation

Creates/Requests ancillary services

  • Any other transaction for walk-in passenger within job scope
  • Assists in forwarding emails to PH_Reservations or SQPH SalesOps
  • Handles Daily Sales Report
  • Handles PH_Info mailbox

Assisting requests and inquiry from other stations and partners, if any

  • Handles daily cash collection summary
  • Monitors and orders monthly office supplies / does inventory of office forms / maintains orderliness of the stock room
  • Issues tickets for passengers with special payment arrangements with GMP/SMM approval
  • Handles ASW requests from Sales
  • Assists in case/feedback handling

Qualifications:

Must be a graduate of 4-year course preferably in Hospitality Management / Tourism (Fresh graduates are welcome)

Good writing and speaking skills in both English and Filipino languages

Advanced analytical and computer skills

Organization and attention to details
