The Customer Operations Specialist drives in-store excellence by ensuring product availability, visibility, and effective execution of promotions across Modern Trade accounts. The role focuses on optimizing merchandising operations, strengthening store relationships, and improving overall execution efficiency to support business growth.
- Coach and mentor agency supervisors and coordinators to improve in-store execution, productivity, and compliance with merchandising standards
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key store personnel to drive availability, visibility, and promotional support
- Ensure timely and effective execution of trade promotions, activations, and sales programs across assigned accounts
- Oversee merchandising implementation, including planogram compliance, POP deployment, and in-store audits
- Monitor and analyze store performance metrics (availability, facings, execution) and recommend corrective actions
- Drive process improvements and support operational efficiency in merchandising, promotions, and store execution

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field
- At least 1-2 years of experience in field marketing, merchandising, or sales operations (FMCG experience preferred)
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable plans
- Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
