We're looking for a Customer Operations Specialist who is detail-oriented who can ensure accurate, timely execution of tasks while maintaining strong process compliance and service quality.
Responsibilities:
- Execute operational tasks with accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness
- Provide first-level support and escalate complex issues when needed
- Manage order processing and coordination with internal teams (Manufacturing, Service Center)
- Handle artwork proofing and card design validation
- Maintain data accuracy and ensure compliance across systems and processes
- Track requests and ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Support customs clearance documentation and processes
- Participate in testing, validation, and documentation of customer or system changes
Qualifications:
- College Graduate (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!)
- Experience in customer service, operations, or order management
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written communication and stakeholder coordination
- Proactive, flexible, and willing to go the extra mile
