Job Description

We're looking for a Customer Operations Specialist who is detail-oriented who can ensure accurate, timely execution of tasks while maintaining strong process compliance and service quality.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute operational tasks with accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness
  • Provide first-level support and escalate complex issues when needed
  • Manage order processing and coordination with internal teams (Manufacturing, Service Center)
  • Handle artwork proofing and card design validation
  • Maintain data accuracy and ensure compliance across systems and processes
  • Track requests and ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Support customs clearance documentation and processes
  • Participate in testing, validation, and documentation of customer or system changes

Qualifications:

  • College Graduate (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!)
  • Experience in customer service, operations, or order management
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent written communication and stakeholder coordination
  • Proactive, flexible, and willing to go the extra mile
