Job Description

Hybrid

Work Schedule : Night Shift

Work Location : BGC

Job Responsibilities:

  • Guide new customers through a structured onboarding process ensuring access, setup, and early-stage success
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve early-stage issues
  • Escalate at-risk accounts and proactively contribute to churn mitigation strategies
  • Maintain detailed documentation of onboarding progress and customer insights
  • Provide feedback to internal teams to improve onboarding efficiency and customer experience
  • Document of customer interactions and progress.

Required technical skills/experience

  • Proficiency with CRM software and customer lifecycle tools
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • AI: Demonstrated passion for and hands-on experience with AI

Desired Skills/experience

  • 5–8+ years in Onboarding, Implementation, Professional Services, or Delivery.
  • 2+ years of direct people leadership with portfolio accountability.
  • Proven success driving process standardization and KPI-based performance in a SaaS or multi-product environment.
  • EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) experience.
