Job Responsibilities:
- Guide new customers through a structured onboarding process ensuring access, setup, and early-stage success
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve early-stage issues
- Escalate at-risk accounts and proactively contribute to churn mitigation strategies
- Maintain detailed documentation of onboarding progress and customer insights
- Provide feedback to internal teams to improve onboarding efficiency and customer experience
- Document of customer interactions and progress.
Required technical skills/experience
- Proficiency with CRM software and customer lifecycle tools
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- AI: Demonstrated passion for and hands-on experience with AI
Desired Skills/experience
- 5–8+ years in Onboarding, Implementation, Professional Services, or Delivery.
- 2+ years of direct people leadership with portfolio accountability.
- Proven success driving process standardization and KPI-based performance in a SaaS or multi-product environment.
- EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) experience.
